Privacy Disclosure

In accordance with the "Service Provider" requirements of Section 501(a) of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and the FTC privacy rule and safeguards rule, Clew Data maintains the following security measures to protect client information. A copy of this document should be kept on file by your Security Program Coordinator.

Accessibility

All programs require a username and password for access. These credentials are unique to each user and can be suspended by an administrator at any time. User priviledges are used to restrict the export of databases without explicit permission from a program administrator.

Each user's activity is monitored and recorded for security purposes. Dollar limits are placed on specific fields to limit the size of designated transactions.

Confidentiality

Clew Data will not share, sell, copy, distribute, divulge, or in any way disseminate client information. This information will only be used for the contracted purpose by Clew Data and is available to the dealership but only with the verbal or written permission of the dealer principal or such person as they would designate by written notice to Clew Data.

Server Security

All databases are maintained on secure servers located in Reading, PA. Our servers are protected by a firewall and antivirus software. We run a hardened operating system and utilize a custom hacking alert system. All databases are maintained with a triple backup to prevent loss of information.
