Phone Follow-up SurveysClew Data's Phone Follow-up Surveys provide organic feedback based on your customers' recent experience with your dealership's sales and service departments. This program meets all the requirements of the Chrysler 5 Star program and Ford's Blue Oval certification. To make sure we are providing feedback in your areas of concern, you get to define every aspect of this program, from the questions we ask down to the hours that the calls are made. This is an important tool as it provides the means to sculpt and evaluate business plans based on your customer's responses. You will receive a monthly report detailing feedback for each employee with whom the customer had recorded contact. These employees are scored by the quantity of positive feedback and evaluated by the areas of their negative feedback.
